Our colts teams play in the North Area of the Middlesex Colts Association (MCA) League. All matches start at 6pm. Players need to arrive at the ground no later than 5.30pm for the warm up. For away matches all players must meet directly at the away venue - we do not arrange lifts from our ground. Cup games can be on any day of the week and are advised once the cup draws are made.

Selection is informed by email or text a few days in advance of the fixture date. By pressing the "I am available" or the "I am not available" button in the email or replying "yes" or "no" to your text, it updates our team-sheet on the website and confirms that player's availability to the team manager. It is important to make yourself available for both home and away matches. If the match is called off due to bad weather, the parents of those players selected will receive a text message. All colts selected for matches must wear our official club shirt.

Coaching Team Code of Conduct
- Remember that young people participate for pleasure - winning is only part of the fun.
- Never ridicule a player for making a mistake or not coming first.
- Make sure all activities are planned appropriate to the age, ability & experience of those taking part, whilst ensuring safety.
- Operate within the rules & spirit of cricket, teaching our players to do the same.
- Display consistently high standards of behaviour, appearance and time keeping, remembering that we are role models.
- Hold the appropriate & valid qualifications. Keep up to date with the latest cricket coaching practices & development principles.
- Show control and respect to all involved in cricket. This includes opponents, coaches, umpires, administrators, parents & spectators.
- Avoid overplaying the more talented players; all young players need and deserve equal time, attention and opportunities.
- Be reasonable in our demands on players' time, energy and enthusiasm, ensuring that time spent with us is a positive experience.
- Any physical contact with a young person should be appropriate to the situation and necessary for the player's skill development.
- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
