Match report Harrow went out at the semi-finals stage of the Middlesex League Knockout Championship. Batting first Sunbury made a sold start & with the score on 61 from 10 over’s looked capable of getting 140. The slow outfield reduced the boundary count as Harrow restricted the scoring in the last 10 overs. Kiran Wanniarachchi took a great catch but three dropped catches & 19 extras didn’t help their cause as Sunbury finished on a challenging 124 for 5 in 20 over’s.

Harrow needed a flying start & with the first wicket going down on 26 they fell behind the run rate. Sachin Patel hit 21 & Fathe Singh 34 as the run rate kept going up. Wickets continued to fall as Harrow could only reach 91 all out in the 20th over with Jack Atfield crashing the ball around at the end. It was a brave effort as they finished off a great season.
