Match report Having won the toss and deciding to bat first, Waltham started at a canter thanks largely to a blistering start from opener A.Ali (42) and a fluent 54 from K.Kazmi. However, the Harrow bowlers fought hard to restrict the opposition to 246-9. The pick of the bowlers being Ajay Patidwala, who ended with figures of 5-32 of his 9 overs.

Needing to chase 247 for victory, Harrow were reduced to 53-3. Suk Bhupal(63) and Tush Karia(44) then added 100 for the fourth wicket leaving the game in the balance. However, a cluster of wickets left Harrow falling 5 runs short, despite a fine effort from Vikash Seth at the back end of the innings who ended unbeaten on 48.

Mitul Shah showed great promise keeping warm all game.
