Match report Good start to the U12s season, with a convincing 42 run win. D.Rana opened the batting and proved a point to many, hitting the bad ball to the boundary and rotated the strike well, scoring his maiden 50 for Harrow CC. D.Rawal came in at 4 and bolstered the run rate with a quick 25 runs. We could of hit a few more but slowed down due to wickets falling regularly in the last 3 overs. We bowled tight as a team, did not give the opposition many loose balls. A. Bist rotated the bowlers well and gave confidence to the new U12 players by giving them a chance to show their skills. The pick of the bowlers was J.Metha, his left arm orthodox leg spin got the batsman in trouble so much, it was also a joy to watch while umpiring. A player with a bright future, just needs more confidence which he will get from this team. Looking forward to seeing how the new players in the team develop and how the leaders can help them.
