Apple Tree Montessori Nursery is based at Harrow Cricket Club, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Founded in 2004, Apple Tree is a family run establishment where children come first. Born in our family home, we pride ourselves in providing children with a 'home from home' experience. As with our children, Apple Tree has grown from strength to strength. We currently they have three sites, each highly rated by Ofsted.
Our settings are fully equipped with naturally lit playrooms, a wide range of exciting resources and extensive outdoor play areas. Committed to ongoing learning for all, we take the time to continually develop our team's knowledge and expertise; our leadership team is highly qualified and very experienced in their critical roles as providers of children's care and education.
We truly love our children! Using secure emotional bonds as a springboard, Apple Tree children make excellent progress and soar in their learning. Our carefully constructed curriculum is a fusion of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the educational methods taught by Dr Maria Montessori.
Apple Tree’s unique approach encompasses the specific skills and concepts of Montessori within the Early Years rich and varied environment. Our approach is based on the Montessori principle that children learn best through planned and purposeful play and that children are natural learners, who, through the support of qualified teachers, can achieve remarkable outcomes.
