Women & Girls Cricket

Women's Cricket & Girls Cricket

Cricket for both women and girls is an exciting growth area, with more clubs offering competitive cricket opportunities for girls, and open age group women's cricket. We have a full women's cricket and girls cricket programme for 2018.

We have cricket sessions and activities specifically tailored for women and girls. We are pleased to have our dedicated female coach, ex-Indian International & ex-Middlesex County Cricketer Chander Kaul coaching the women & girls. Chander's profile can be viewed here: http://www.espncricinfo.com/india/content/player/54052.html

During the summer we will be providing fun cricket activities for girls on Saturday & Sunday mornings.
Our U11 girls team will also play softball cricket matches against other clubs. Women's softball cricket will also take place on Sunday mornings, along with matches in the new Women's MCCC Softball Festivals / B20 League.

All Stars Cricket for Girls

All Stars cricket provides girls from 5-8 years old with 8 weeks of non-stop fun. The activity and game based programme is suitable for all skill levels, providing your child with the foundations to begin a lifelong love of physical activity and cricket, while making friends in a safe and enjoyable environment.

All stars represents a fantastic entry point for girls getting into cricket. It is fun, short, sharp and relatively low cost. Once girls have sampled through All Stars they can then decide on whether to join the full club environment. Through our Sunday Softball Cricket hub, we are able to introduce girls to cricket in a fun environment with plenty of options for development. These options include All Stars, girls only sessions, mixed gender sessions and women's cricket.

Testimonial:
My 6 year old daughters always look forward to their Tuesday evening cricket sessions and repeatedly describe how much fun they have with the coaching team.  Their skills have advanced considerably in a matter of weeks and their confidence has increased leaps and bounds all thanks to Harrow Cricket Club.  [Ilesh / November 2017]
