Match report This was a must win match. Whichever team lost would have little to no chance of winning the league. To the victor would open up an opportunity to become league champions by winning their last match.

An opening partnership of 85 in 10 overs between Niam & Nathan laid the platform for a competitive score. However, the boundaries were on the small side, so a good bowling and fielding performance was going to be required.

Once again it was our spinners that that strangled the run rate in the middle overs and ensured that once the main batsman was dismissed it would be very difficult for HSM to reach 150. The attitude and commitment in the field was of the highest order, reminiscent of the way we came back to win at Eastcote.

The belief and desire of this team is what shines through when the crunch moments come in big games.
